PLEASE BE SURE TO MAIL THE FOLLOWING TO OUR OFFICE:

1. Letters of recommendation (2 letters must be submitted. One should be from your current pastor and one from someone who has known you for at least two (2) years and who can attest to your consistent Christian character). If you are pastoring or do not have a current pastor for any reason, a letter may be submitted by another Christian minister in place of the one by your pastor.
2. Applicant's picture.
3. Membership fee.
4. Education records (do not send originals as they cannot be returned..send copies only)
5. Copies of previously held credentials.
6. Examination (If required for the ministerial level applied for)
