Questions...call our office at 1-800-842-5176 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it RETREAT SCHEDULE: Friday Noon - Bishop Council Meeting CONFERENCE OFFICIALLY STARTS FRIDAY 6:00 pm - Supper in dining hall 7:00 pm - Campmeeting Service SATURDAY 8:00am - Breakfast 9am - Noon - All meet in Chapel for praise & worship and then Morning Breakout Sessions on different subjects 12 noon - LUNCH in dining hall Afternoon FREE time (lots of time for fellowship, prayer garden available & other activities) 6:00pm Supper 7:00pm- All meet in Chapel for praise & worship and then Breakout Sessions SUNDAY Breakfast - 8:00am 9am-Noon - Campmeeting Service (Ordination & Communion will close this service) 12:00 - LUNCH in Dining Hall The retreat if officially over at noon on Sunday, HOWEVER, all the AEGA leaders will be staying over until Monday Morning - EVERYONE is welcome to stay over for a time of fellowship & afterglow!!!
