Purpose of Giving
As a local church depends on the faithful monthly support of its members, so does the AEGA Fellowship depend on the faithful monthly support of its members. We, the AEGA General Executive Presbytery, believe the minister should tithe to the local church and to the fellowship from which they receive credentials. The Apostle Paul submitted himself to the leadership in Jerusalem. The Bible also records he took offerings to the leadership in Judea so they might distribute funds as needed. (2 Cor. 8:1-9, 9:6-7)

Ministerial Giving – Provides a solid base of administrative support and maintains the ability to operate as a solvent fellowship/ministry, thus enabling the AEGA to reach out to the body of Christ around the world with the tools needed for effective ministry. Our leadership is always available to pray and counsel with you on matters that concern your life and ministry.
Church Charter Giving and Evangelistic Charter Giving – Maintains the 501(c)(3) under our group exemption covering. This allows us to assist our subordinates in maintaining compliance with federal and state laws and provide consultation on these matters and in daily operations. As the parent organization holding the group exemption, AEGA is required to file reports to the IRS annually to maintain our group status and protect your standing as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
AEGA World Missions Offering – Allows the AEGA Fellowship to support missionaries and mission projects in several countries as well as home missions. Reports are given in the AEGA monthly newsletter, “The Grapevine.”
Christmas Blessing Project – An annual project we do as a fellowship to help needy children and families in the U.S. and other countries during the Christmas season.
Love Offering to General Fund – Offerings given beyond tithes are appreciated and necessary to carry out and expand the daily international operations of the fellowship.
**You can also make donations through your bank’s bill pay service: If you use online banking, you can set up one-time or recurring payments to AEGA by logging into your online bank account and going to “Bill Pay.” Once set up, your bank will send a check from your account to AEGA. Please note on the memo what your donation is for, i.e. ministerial tithes, mission offering, general fund, etc.
